Types of Offences
I practise exclusively in the area of criminal law. Here are some of the types of cases I can help you with:
Drug Offences
Drug offences are enumerated in the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. Most commonly, drug charges are either for simple possession, or possession for the purpose of trafficking.
Driving Offences
In addition to the offence of Impaired Driving, related offences include driving 'Over 80' and Failure to Provide a Breath Sample.
Other driving offences under the Criminal Code include Dangerous Driving and Failure to Remain at the Scene of an Accident.
Assault
I can represent you with respect to all kinds of Assault allegations, including Assault Causing Bodily Harm, Assault with a Weapon, Aggravated Assault, and Sexual Assault.
Property Offences
Property offences in the Criminal Code include Theft, Robbery, Mischief, and Breaking and Entering. Some of these offences are divided by whether they are over or under $5,000, with different potential consequences.
Fraud
In the Criminal Code, Fraud is divided by whether the value of the alleged fraud is over or under $5,000. There are different potential consequences depending on the value.
